Jon McWilliams
Memorial Scholarship

Stephen Jon McWilliams, a 1986 graduate of AHHS, died of injuries from an accident in 1987.  His parents, Stephen & Nancy McWilliams and his sister, Stacey, established an award in his memory.

Description:  The family donates $1,000 annually to the AHSF.  The intent of the family is that the award be perpetual.  They prefer that the funds go directly to the recipient rather than to the college.  The recipient should be an athlete, a worthy citizen of the school and the larger community and a conscientious student.  There is no application.  Selection is made by the athletic director, coach, and assistant principal.  Announcement and presentation is made at the Awards Assembly.
