Registration Requirements

New students living within the boundaries of the Alamo Heights School District may be enrolled in our school by a biological parent or legal guardian providing the following required documents.

Proof of residency with parent/guardian name and address on one of the following:

Current City Public Service bill
Current San Antonio Water System bill
Current cable bill
If renting, signed lease agreement with parent and student name listed as occupants

Last report card or withdrawal from previous school

Students birth certificate (original or certified copy)

Students Social Security card

Immunization records

Parent's driver's license or photo ID of parent/guardian registering student

Proof of Heath Insurance

Proof of TANF/Food Stamps

Proof of Income (last 3 months paycheck stub, SSI, Child Support, W-2, TAX Information)

Last ARD IEP (Special Education student only)

If parents are divorced, legal document stating guardianship

School records with achievement test scores helpful in placement (Secondary only)
