Golf tryouts have been set for August 10-12.
On Monday, the 10th, we will meet at the high school for about 2 hours for an informational meeting. This meeting is for all current players and all players attempting to try out. Parents do not need to attend this meeting.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the 11th and 12th, they will play 18 holes each day on the Fort Sam Houston Golf Course. Each player will be responsible for paying the $7 green fee each day and for providing their own transportation to and from the course. All players MUST wear a collared shirt or they will not be allowed on the course. Play will begin at 1 pm and they will receive their exact tee times on Monday.
I will contact anyone who has left me their phone numbers and let you know later what time we will meet on Monday.
After tryouts have been completed, I will select the players who will be on the team.
If you know you will have a conflict with the above dates, you MUST contact me IN ADVANCE so that I can set up another day BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS for them to try out.
