I hope you have enjoyed a special summer with your family, and are as excited as we are to begin a new year at Cambridge Elementary! Our beautiful school has been under construction throughout the summer and our staff has worked diligently to ready rooms to receive our students.

I know you welcome the opportunity to be a part of this incredible learning community, and we welcome you as partners as we work toward a successful experience for your child. I believe firmly that we will accomplish much by combining our knowledge, talents and experience. I encourage you to find a place to serve, and our PTO is a great place to start. Their extraordinary efforts continue to enhance and expand opportunities for students and faculty.

I attended Cambridge Elementary as a child and have returned to find that the very things Alamo Heights ISD valued when I was in the district as a student, are evident still today – a commitment to excellence, an emphasis on relationships, and a desire to do what is best for children so they will in turn, do their best to make a difference in ways that matter.

The faculty and staff of Cambridge Elementary are committed to upholding the mission of this school district as we provide rich curriculum, instruction that is engaging, and a foundation for meaningful learning. We ask that you come help us be the school you want for your children. Our theme this year is “Constructing Our Future, Learners at Work” and the constructing and learning will be sounder with you on our crew!
