Click on the Cambridge Podcasts button on the previous page

copy the URL in the address bar of the resulting page

open iTunes and click on Podcasts in the left menu

from the Advanced menu, select Subscribe to podcasts

paste the URL into the window

iTunes will automatically download any new podcasts when you open the iTunes podcasts

You may copy the podcasts to your iPod.

If you get a message saying that the broadcast cannot be copied to your iPod, go to the Advanced menu and select "convert for iPod"
