Do you need help during COVID-19?
Texas Health and Human Services has launched a 24/7 statewide mental health support line to help Texans experiencing anxiety, stress or emotional challenges due to the COVID-19pandemic.  This new resource offers COVID-19-related mental health support for all Texans.  People can call the Statewide COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week toll-free at 833-986-1919.

Texas Health and Human Services ha lanzado una línea de apoyo de salud mental en todo el estado las 24 horas del dia, los 7 dias de la semana para ayudar a los tejanos que sufren ansiedad, estrés o desafíos emocionales debido a la pandemia COVID-19.  Este nuevo recurso ofrece apoyo de salud mental relacionado con COVID-19 para todos los tejanos.  Las personals pueden llama a la línea estatal de apoyo de salud mental COVID-19 las 24 horas del dia, los 7 días de la semana, sin cargo al 833-986-1919.

Care Solace
 is an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. Care Solace is a tool for school staff and families to connect with community-based mental healthcare resources and providers. The proprietary care navigation system taps into a vast database of mental healthcare resources to find carefully vetted local therapists and programs in minutes. Care Solace is now available for use by district students, staff, and families at no cost.
