Today, Debbie Garinger was named principal of Woodridge Elementary School beginning next school year. Mrs. Garinger has served as an elementary principal for 18 years, most recently in McKinney ISD. She has excellent people skills and organizational skills, and she is a visionary leader. She has been a successful principal everywhere she has worked.

Mrs. Garinger is married to Keith and has three grown children and three grandchildren, including a son who is in the Special Forces in the Army, a daughter who is a teacher, and another son who plays football for the Carolina Panthers in the NFL.
Alamo Heights ISD is fortunate to have such a wonderful person and leader join the district!
