| Yes,Regarding ParentConnection and the accounts we have now: All of these accounts will remain active for next year UNLESS a parent created an account and never added a student to it. We have quite a few of these. This means that no one is using this account to check grades or attendance. This summer we will clean up the account list by deleting these, but leaving all existing active accounts.
Next year, parents do not have to sign up for a new account. All their current information in the system will transfer to the new year. However, if you have forgotten your login!! Easy solution: on the login page there is a link that says "Forgot password" - that link will send you an email (to the address that was put in the system-required) that tells you your login and password. |

Check to be sure that you added your child to the account. If not, add that child now. If you did create an account, contact the campus to check the status of the account.

| Gradespeed will no longer remember/store your password on your personal computer. Due to the increase in malicious spy ware, Gradespeed has taken certain security precautions and disabled that feature. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. | |||||||||||||||

Please make sure that you have pop-up blockers turned off when you access Parent Connection. |

| We have discovered that there are some compatibility issues when trying to access Parent Connection with AOL as your internet provider. This is an undocumented issue. It has been reported to Gradespeed and we are waiting for a solution. In the mean time, you can try minimizing AOL (stay connected) and open an independent browser to access Parent Connection. Browser that offers the best view would be Internet Explorer or Firefox. (Netscape is also having issues with Gradespeed) |
