As you know, all families are required annually to present proof of residency in order to attend Alamo Heights ISD schools.  As we prepare for the beginning of the new school year, we would like to encourage you to stop by and show your proof of residency for all of your children at only one location.

Wednesday, July 24     10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, July 25     10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

What do I need to bring?
Your Driver's License with your current address AND
(Choose one)

• A copy of a current City Public Service bill -or-
• A copy of a current San Antonio Water System bill -or-
• A copy of a current cable bill

If you rent you will need to bring a copy of your lease agreement and a utility bill.  The lease agreement will need to list the parent/guardian as the tenant and all children attending Alamo Heights ISD listed in the "occupants" section of the lease (copies will not be returned).

What if I am unable to attend during this time?
If you are not able to attend on either day, you will need to drop off a copy of your proof of residency at your child's campus after August 5th, but by August 12th, in order to start school on day 1.

How long will this take?
Our goal is to have parents in and out in a matter of minutes.  If the residency documents are accurate and up-to-date, parents will simply show the proof of residency and leave.  We will have a separate area for parents/guardians who need assistance with their documents or have questions.
