Join us for our 3rd Annual AHISD Culture Night on Wednesday, December 5th at Alamo Heights Junior School from 5:30-7 pm! Additionally, this night is extra special because it marks the 20th anniversary of our Spanish Immersion Program here at AHISD.
We would like to personally invite you to consider attending this remarkable event and also to purposely make some connections in your classrooms with your students.
Whether you are a history, art, math or PE teacher, it is important that we all take opportunities like these to value diversity as a strength in our classrooms. Last year’s event was remarkably well attended and was a true celebration of the diversity that contributes to the greatness of the composition of our district. We will celebrate stories, traditions, and customs from many families, many students, and many cultures! This is a great community event not to be missed.
If you have questions please reach out to the members of the planning committee.
