Students: If you are a student in grades 9-12, you already have an account, and should not create a new one, this is only for parents and guardians.

If you have problems creating a new account, please contact your child’s school.

This section provides instructions about setting up your secure Home Access Center account.

1. Click Home Access Center. You will see the log in page. To the right is a paragraph and at the bottom of the paragrah where it says:
   "If you do not have a username and password for Home Access Center, you can register by clicking here", click on the link "here" to get to the Registration page.
   This opens a new Web page showing the Home Access Center Registration page.
2. Enter your first name, last name, city, and zip code in the indicated boxes.
3. Click the Register button.
4. In the Username box, enter the user name you want to use for this account. Create 2 security challenge questions.
5. Read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and then click Finish.
   Within a few minutes, a message from "[email protected]" will be sent to the e-mail address you have on file with AHISD. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder, and unblock this address: [email protected]
6. Go to your e-mail program for the e-mail account you have on file with AHISD and open the message from "[email protected]."
7. Click the link in the e-mail message.
   It will then make you create a password.
8. You have now completed the set up for your HAC account with AHISD.

 

By completing this application for the District's home access account, you are requesting and allowing the Alamo Heights Independent School District (AHISD) to make your student's grades available to you by means of the internet. The grade information involving your student will be entered on a website that is meant and designed to be secure and accessible only by a login username and password that you select.
Please remember that the grades that you see posted on the website may not include all assignments or tests that have been completed by your child. As teachers complete the grading of assignments and tests, they will update your student's grades within 5-7days. If you have questions about any of these items, please contact the teacher.
