On Friday, May 3, five Alamo Heights HS Business Incubator teams pitched their business concepts to a panel of judges who awarded seed money.
1st Place ($10,000)- SK-EAT
2nd Place ($8,000)- Buzz Off
3rd Place ($5,000) and People's Choice ($1,000) - Comfort Cycle (Wild Card Winner)

Teams have spent the last year developing and refining a product or service and now seek seed money to kickstart the next phase of their entrepreneurial journey.
Four finalists were selected to pitch their ideas on stage- Buzz Off, CRE8, Environmentair, and SK-EAT.
A fifth Wild Card team, Comfort Cycle, was invited to join them based on votes from attendees. The other Wild Card teams were- Brain Boost, Care Pax, Safe Petal, Spin Scan and Turn-A-Kit.
Through the Business Incubator program, an innovative elective course, students have the opportunity to create and fully develop their own product or service. Entrepreneurs and business experts serve as volunteer coaches and mentors guiding student teams along with foundational business topics such as ideation, minimum viable product, marketing and finance.
