Powering the Profile

Other Board Action and Presentations
Trustees approved GMP for Package 4 of the Alamo Heights HS bond construction project. The report was presented by Bond Construction Manager Mike Hagar.
Trustees received a quarterly report from Project Control. Project Control is the Project Management Team for Bond 2023 design and construction.
Trustees approved revisions to Local policies from a Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Policy Update (123) - BBD, BBFA, CKC, CKEC, CQC, DCE, DGBA, EEH, EF, EFA, EFB, FNG, and GF. AHISD Policy can be found on the Board website.
Trustees approved an Interlocal Agreement for 457(b) FICA Alternative Plan with Region 10 Education Service Center.
Trustees adopted a resolution to modify bank depository signers in light of changing roles on the Board of Trustees.
Donations were accepted from: the Alamo Heights School Foundation; Matthew and Hannah Menger; various donors for athletics; Woodridge PTO; and Teri and Greg Barnett. The accepted donations totaled $138,048.10.
Trustees accepted reports from the Goals and Priorities, Budget, Building and Assessment and Long-Range Planning committees and the District Education Advisory Council and Alamo Heights School Foundation Board.
