Adult Mental Health First Aid Training |
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance abuse. This training will give you the skills needed to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be experiencing mental health or substance abuse problems. After completing the Adult MHFA training, you will be a certified Mental Health First Aid provider. Register here.

Location: Alamo Heights Junior School Library
Cost: There is no cost for the AHISD community, faculty, and staff. Cost for outside participants, which includes the manual, food, and supplies, is $30.
Classes are for adults, including AHISD staff and the community. Space is limited to only 20 participants. Materials and meals will be provided.
