| June 18, 2019 - Brick and metal building panel are being installed on the building exterior. Ceramic tile is being installed in the restrooms and drinking fountain niches. Science casework is being installed in classroom spaces. |

April 30, 2019 - Sheetrock and ductwork installation is ongoing throughout the building. The dust collector for the STEM labs are in place. Exterior weather barrier has been applied to building envelope. Concrete floor polishing and exterior wall cladding has begun.

| March 22, 2019 - Exterior sheathing has been installed at building exterior. Handrails and guardrails are in place. Electrical conduit and ductwork is being installed. Sheetrock has started in the classroom spaces. |

| February 8, 2019 - Steel stairs are being completed. Elevator tower sheathing is underway. Metal roof deck is in place. Mechanical ductwork and fire sprinkler piping are being installed. |

| January 9, 2019 - Second-floor slab has been poured. |

| December 2, 2018 - Steel framing is underway. Underground utilities have been installed along the back side of the Fine Arts Building. Sewer line has been trenched in the driveway and covered with a metal plate; work will be complete in December. |

| October 29, 2018 - The beams, elevator pit, and concrete slab have been poured. |

September 29, 2018 - The elevator pit has been excavated and is scheduled to be poured the first week in October, weather permitting. The beams and concrete slab are scheduled to be poured October 20th.
