HB1525 requires that curriculum materials used by a district to teach human sexuality instruction that are in the public domain, i.e., not copyrighted, must be posted on a district's website. The materials used in AHJS and AHHS health classes are copyrighted materials, so they are not posted online. They can, however, be made available to parents on campus upon request by emailing the health teacher to schedule an appointment to review the materials.
