Welcome to Alamo Heights ISD!
We are glad you're here!
Here are a few things you will need to know:
Home Access Center
Guardians/Parents of new students are required to register for an online portal account called
Home Access Center (HAC). Your campus registrar will help you with this process. This HAC portal is also used to check grades and attendance for your child. Each year in the Spring, Alamo Heights parents will verify enrollment using a separate account for our Enrollment system (HAC is not used to verify enrollment or proof of residency), as well as, provide proof of residency. For more information about Home Access Center, please see our Home Access Center link on the Students & Parents page.
Monday Mail
Monday Mail is our weekly news and information letter that is sent home via email to all
parents through our School Messenger system. You do not need to sign up to receive
this communication. It will be emailed to the email address that was used for registration
through the Home Access Center(HAC). It is very important that you check to
be sure you are receiving your "Monday Mail" from the principal each week.
If you do not receive it, please contact the campus.
Monday Mail is also posted on the campus website.
Teacher Websites and Directory Information
Looking for your child's class website or teacher?
From the Alamo Heights website, select your child's campus in the top left corner.
Now navigate to the Students & Parents link and click on Teacher Pages.
Resource Stop
Our Resource Stop is a great resource for students and parents. The site provides a "one stop" shop for all issues related to Social and Emotional Wellness, Character Education
and Digital Citizenship. You can also find this information under the Students & Parent
section on the district website but we've consolidated information that is related to
these three topics so they are easy to access.
District Master Calendar of Events
There's a lot going on at Alamo Heights so we want you to stay informed.
Our District Master Calendar is located on the Students & Parents link under Calendars.
Principals will also send out reminders about upcoming events in their
Monday Mail communication.
Registration survey
The safety of our students is our highest priority. Therefore, all visitors to the school must be scanned into a system called Raptor to obtain a visitor badge.
Upon entering a district building, visitors will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID, which will be scanned into the system. The Raptor system will check to ensure that registered sexual offenders are not entering our buildings.
